We are excited to announce the upcoming event “Bridging High School to College: Autism Transition Workshop” at Clemson University, co-sponsored by Clemson University Student Accessibility Services and SC Autism Society. The workshop will be held on Friday, March 1, at Clemson University’s Academic Success Center building, Room 118, from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Join us for a day of energetic discussion around helping college-bound students with autism successfully transition from high school to college. We are targeting parents as well as educators and community agency professionals, including Special Education teachers, Transition Coaches, School Counselors, and School Psychologists.
Keynote speaker Dr. Brad Cox is founder of College Autism Network and professor at Florida State University.
The day will include the keynote presentation with discussion, a hot buffet lunch, networking opportunities, and information from multiple sources.
