Attract and Retain Talent by Leading Meaningful Change

Organizations can become even more attractive when their mission and values are authentic, altruistic and motivating. Join internationally recognized leadership scholar Susan Madsen for an enlightening discussion on how human resource development professionals can lead meaningful social change in their organizations and communities.

Madsen's keynote address will be followed by an interactive panel discussion with local business leaders facilitated by College of Education faculty.

Madsen is the Orin R. Woodbury Professor of Leadership and Ethics in the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University. Over the last decade, she has researched the lifetime development of prominent women leaders while studying women and leadership on a global scale.

The event is being presented by the College of Education's Master of Human Resource Development program and the Clemson Center for Corporate Learning. Leigh Fibers is the presenting sponsor of the event.
