An Archive of Loose Leaves is an exhibition based around questions of the influence and hierarchy of memory within contemporary art. They feature the works of matthew anthony batty, April Dauscha, Allison Janae Hamilton, Cristina Molina, Joann Quiñones and Rachel Lin Weaver . This exhibit hopes to explore how artists address silences in the traditional archive or collection and investigate how ephemera and oral history influence a reflection on the past.
Lee Gallery and Clemson Visual Arts present An Archive of Loose Leaves in partnership with Tiger Strikes Asteroid Greenville. TSA GVL is an artist collective based in Greenville, SC, part of a Network of nationwide sites.
University visitors should comply with Clemson’s current guidance regarding COVID-19. Please visit www.clemson.edu for more information prior to your visit.
