A Talk by Joy Bivins and Brenda Tindal

Thanks to the "Creating Humanities Communities" NEH Challenge Grant Rhondda Thomas and Lee Morrissey received, Joy Bivins and Brenda Tindal, the curatorial team developing the International African American Museum in Charleston, will be speaking at Clemson, meeting with Clemson faculty and the leadership of the Bertha Lee Strickland Museum, Seneca, Clemson Area African American Museum, Clemson, the Lunney Museum, Seneca, and the Pendleton Foundation for Black History and Culture, and visiting historic sites in the Clemson area.  Public presentation at 5PM on Wednesday, March 25, in Vickery Hall Auditorium.  (Part of “Preservation Across the Disciplines,” a series made possible with funding from the South Carolina Humanities Council.)
