A 4-H Water Quality Fun Day is planned for Friday, August 5th, from 9-2, in Murrells Inlet. Youth will learn about the importance of the saltwater ecosystem, the impact of pollutants, the water cycle, and sustainability. They will learn about boating safety and kayak in the inlet.
We will meet at Oyster Landing, right before the entrance to Huntington Beach State Park.
Pack a bag lunch for lunch on the water.
Provided: Water, snacks, life jackets
Not provided: Lunch, sunscreen
$30 per youth. Space is limited.
