Virtual culinary camp activities ( 10 ) will be packaged in kits to be used by youth ages 9 - 14. 4-H Staff, chefs and teen leaders will provide instruction through youtube videos. Youth will prepare recipes at home and report activities to agent through photographs. Kits will include the Cooking Like A Chef manual, printed lessons / instructions, selected cooking equipment and other supplies. Shopping and equipment lists willbe provided.
