Join us for State 4-H Congress will be Tuesday-Friday, July 8-11, 2025!

Qualified* 4-H members, age 14-18 (as of Jan. 1, 2025), are invited to attend for this year's State 4-H Congress on the campus of Clemson University themed, "Beyond Our Time". Join us 4-H members from across the state as you represent your county at State 4-H Congress.

Youth will stay in the dorms, visit campus facilities, and see the amazing work being done at Clemson. State 4-H Congress will celebrate the accomplishments and talents of our senior 4-H members, elect next year's State 4-H Teen Council, and provide a platform to engage in the head - heart - hands & health of 4-H through service, learning, connection, and more!

If you are interested in serving on next year's State 4-H Teen Council, check out the application packet (Word, PDF) - applications are due June 6th.

*Qualified youth include individuals who have an approved enrollment in 4HOnline for the current year, as well as meet at least two following criteria:

• Completed a 4-H project in the past year
• Completed a 4-H Portfolio
• Served as a 4-H Ambassador
• Served as a club officer in your county 4-H program
• Turned in a 4-H project book
• Given an oral/written presentation in 4-H
• Participated in your county teen council
• Attended a leadership weekend or event
• Assisted in leading 4-H clubs or camps
• Any other activity approved by your local Agent

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Registration is limited to 85 youth (including current SC 4-H Teen Council members).
• The registration fee for Congress is $325 this year. (We understand that some counties are able to offer varying levels of scholarships that would offset some of these cost. • NO refunds will be issued after registration closes on June 13, 2025. This policy is strictly enforced.

The registration deadline for 2025 State 4-H Congress is June 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM, but do not wait, space is limited and we expect to fill up!!!

Full payment is due upon registration. NO refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.

Youth must be approved, enrolled members in 4HOnline with South Carolina 4-H Youth Development to attend this event. This is a custodial care event. Only adult chaperones and invited facilitators approved to be at the event will be allowed onsite during this event. Youth must be signed in and signed out by a parent/guardian or designated representative.
