The Mountaintop

Winner of the prestigious Olivier Award for “Best New Play,” Katori Hall’s The Mountaintop is rife with humor and politics, while giving us a glimpse of the private side of Martin Luther King Jr.  The Mountaintop premiered in London in 2009 and subsequently ran on Broadway starring Angela Bassett and Samuel L. Jackson. Join us as we reflect on the 50th anniversary of MLK’s assassination. Presented by L.A. Theatre Works, this play contains some mature language.
