On Mondays and Thursdays this summer come explore mindful movement and breathing at dawn in one of the most beautiful spots in Clemson. Sessions will help you get your day started with clarity and ease in mind, body, and spirit. This series is open to all experiences and all bodies. Bring a mat, bolster, and block if you have them. Equipment is available to borrow.
$10 per session.

Renee Gahan is a Leisure Skills instructor and has been teaching yoga and meditation to college students, adults, and children for 15 years. Her sessions focus on mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation to help people find their ease.
