Estimating National and Subnational Causes of Child Deaths
Featured Speaker: Li Liu, MBBS, MHS, PhD, an assistant professor in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Liu will discuss the estimation of national and subnational causes of child deaths using data from China Maternal and Child Health Surveillance System. As the child survival community reflects on progress toward the Millennium Development Goal 4, China’s unique example of success is of interest to many stakeholders.
