Life Sciences Colloquium

You are invited to attend a colloquium, "Celebrating the Life Sciences" as part of the Dedication of the new Clemson University Life Sciences Facility.

Guest speakers are Carolyn Schanen, MD, PhD,adjunct associate professor at the University of Delaware, and head of human genetics research and director of the Human Genetics Research Lab at the Center for Applied Clinical Genomics at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware; and Dennis Kyle, PhD, Distinguished University Health Professor at the University of South Florida, Tampa who works with students in basic and translational approaches to drug discovery and development and chemical biology of antiparasitic drugs and elucidation of drug resistance mechanisms.

The Dedication of the Life Sciences Facility will begin at 1:00 pm in the courtyard.Self-guided tours of the new building and the student poster competition will follow from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.
