About the presenters:

John R. Perkins, Jr. practices in the firm’s Litigation, Corporate, Employment, and Intellectual Property groups. He focuses on all aspects of business and intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, complex litigation, mediation, and strategic business counseling.

Joseph T. Guy, Ph.D. is a Patent Agent in the firm’s Intellectual Property group focusing on complex technologies including material science, electronic components, pharmaceuticals, medical products, hardware, software and information technologies. He has more than 23 years’ experience prosecuting patents in the United States and Internationally.
