Italian Summit

The Italian Summit is a Conference & Workshop where faculty, administration, entrepreneurs and students convene to assess and advance the state of and interest for Italian studies in the region. The keynote speaker for this edition of the Summit is renowned sociologist Marco d'Eramo, author of The Pig and the Skyscraper. Chicago: A History of Our Future (Verso 2001). Mr. d'Eramo will deliver a speech entitled Istanbul: Politics and Urban Planning at 1:15 in Lee Hall 2-111. The Summit starts at 10:15 in the Daniel Studio 1941, will move to Lee Hall for the keynote speech, then come back to the Studio.
