Renee Gahan began teaching from a dedicated yoga practice in 2003. In her classes, students are guided through visualizations, breathing practices, and alignment centered poses aimed to heal and strengthen the whole person. For her, yoga is a process of personal integration, which directly and positively impacts the way we relate to the world around us.
