CoCreate Keynote: Building Brands of Greatness with Geno Church

CoCreate and the Watt Family Innovation Centerpresents:

Building Brands of Greatness | Requires thinking like Pirates

Exploring Shared Experiences, Shared Stories, Shared Identities and Shared Destinies

Brands often, with good intentions, try to create programs or initiatives that are disjointed from the organization, their culture and the people they are trying to serve. The results often leave many organizations with lots of “silos” and the people and the organization failing to reach it’s fullest potential.

People, not marketers, are the true drivers of word of mouth, but somewhere along the way brands have lost their vision and humanity. Any brand can do great business, but embracing advocates is the true hallmark of brand greatness. Greatness goes beyond us. It’s something bigger and deeper than any one person. It requires a rebellion against the way things have always been done. It’s about the people. We all want advocates, but do you know who those people are? In this session, Geno Church of Brains on Fire will help you find the path to your people. It starts by listening and being interested.

I've learned that it takes a true community approach to help everyone thrive; and I call it the “Shared Ship”.

Geno is a Discovery & Strategy Director at Brains on Fire, but he considers himself more of a “Passion Pirate” and an explorer for the agency’s clients. Geno shines at uncovering the DNA of clients and their customers. Great speaker with a nice central theme. I could have listened to a longer presentation!
