Career Paths: Lauren Sausser

"Career Paths" gives current Clemson Students a chance to meet, learn from, and network with Clemson alumni who have launched exciting, successful careers.

Lauren Sausser covers hospitals and health care reform at The Post and Courier in Charleston, S.C. She previously wrote for the Associated Press, the AOL-Huffington Post Media Group, MTV News, the New Hampshire Union Leader and the Brunswick News in southeast Georgia. Her articles have been published by the Washington Post, the New York Times and
Lauren graduated in 2005 from Clemson University, where she studied English. She received a graduate degree with a concentration in digital media from Columbia University in 2010.  

After her talk, Lauren will conduct a brief writing portfolio workshop for any students   who may be interested in applying for work as a reporter after graduation.
