BioSci Seminar Series Presents Megan Sheffield

Beyond books: How the library can help you with data management plans, archiving your work, and understanding your rights as an author

The library is offering several new services to researchers. First, we are offering help creating data management plans, which are now required by many funding agencies. The library can educate you about your options and best data management practices for short and long term storage. We are also in the process of creating Clemson's repository of scholarly works called TigerPrints (officially launching in late October), which will give researchers an open access site to deposit their published works and increase the visibility of their research. To that end, we also have new services here at the library to help published authors understand the copyright agreements to their work. Come to this seminar and you will learn about these new services in more detail and see a demo of the new TigerPrints repository.

This seminar is hosted by the Dr. Baldwin lab.

As usual, all seminars in our series are free and open to any interested public.  Please visit our seminar calendar for more information and other events.
