4-H Small Engine Repair for Youth

June 20-22, 2017, Each student will familiarize themselves with how a 4-stroke engine works by taking apart and putitng back together a Briggs & Stratton engine.  Common issues and repairs, including problems with ethanol gasoline and carburetors will be covered, culminating in learning how to perform a routine servicing for a push mower.  All participants will receive a 4-H t-shirt, membership card, and Small Engine project pin.  Program is limited to 10 participants, ages 12-16.  The cost is $160 per participant. Class begins at 9:00am to 3:30pm. Dropoff at 8:30am and pickup by 4:00pm. All registrations and payment are due no later than 1 week before class begins.
