Your speed, endurance, and overall fitness will be challenged and improved in the water and on land in this 30 minute water, 30 minute out of water workout!  Various swim techniques will be taught along with equipment and body weight exercises outside of the pool. This class is for beginners, experts, and everyone in between looking to improve fitness and learn swim technique.
